Public Offer

This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement. Product name, access term, price, device limit and other plan parameters shown on the product page and at checkout form part of the agreement.

1. License

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license and/or technical access to the selected RedNode software product within the paid plan. Intellectual property ownership is not transferred.

2. Acceptance and payment

The user accepts the offer by placing an order and taking the required payment action. Access is issued after payment confirmation.

Where payment is accepted by a Russian Professional Income Tax payer, an electronic receipt is generated and provided as required by applicable law.

3. Access and devices

Access duration and device limits follow the selected plan. Device tokens are bound to the approved device and may be revoked. Credential resale, limit circumvention, payment manipulation and API tampering are prohibited.

4. Third-party platforms

The user is responsible for determining whether use is permitted by applicable law and third-party platform rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RedNode does not guarantee that third-party services will not change rules, compatibility, restrictions or enforcement.

5. Refunds

A voluntary refund may be considered before first actual activation/use. Once use has started, a change-of-mind refund is generally not offered. This does not waive mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to verified defects.
