Refund Policy

Refund and technical issue requests may be submitted through Telegram.

Before use

A voluntary refund may be considered where paid access has not yet been actually activated or used on a device.

After activation

After actual use starts, a voluntary change-of-mind refund is generally not provided. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.

Verified technical defects

RedNode may first provide diagnostics, a corrected build, access restoration, device reset or a time extension. Where a material defect cannot be remedied or other mandatory legal grounds exist, a refund claim is handled under applicable law.
