Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes processing of personal data when using https://rednode.pro/, RedNode accounts, Telegram integration, checkout, licensing, device management, downloads, configurations and support.

1. Data processed

RedNode may process account identifiers, contact information provided by the user, linked Telegram identifiers, order and payment status without storing full bank-card details, license and reward records, device name, OS and app version, a protected device fingerprint, security/audit events, download records and user configurations.

2. Purposes

Data is processed to operate accounts, enter into and perform contracts, issue and verify licenses, manage devices, provide downloads/configurations, process payments/refunds, prevent abuse, operate rewards/referrals, communicate with users and provide support. Processing is performed where permitted by applicable law, including where necessary for a contract or based on consent when consent is required.

3. Service providers

Data may be shared to the necessary extent with hosting providers, payment providers, Telegram and other technical processors needed to provide a requested function. Full bank-card credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by RedNode.

4. Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, contract performance, legal obligations, dispute resolution and protection of rights. RedNode applies access controls, token hashing, protected storage of sensitive identifiers, audit logging and other reasonable safeguards.

5. User rights

Users may request information about processing and correction of inaccurate data and, where provided by applicable law, blocking, cessation of processing or deletion. Requests may be sent through Telegram.
